Back again!

I apologize for the long period of silence.  This time it's less to do with the computer and more to do with time constraints.

I will strive to do better.

The AUCTIONS page has been updated.

Sincerely,

Keith

To our dear Customers and Collectors;

      We wish to thank everyone who has enjoyed our work for almost a half century. It has been an incredible adventure for our family. We have had great pleasure in creating the Alaska Figurines, Christmas Ornaments, and all of the other lines that have come from the Johnson Studios.

As of December 2005 we have retired from figurine production. There are a few stores that may still have figurines. You can follow the link from the original home page.

We are all healthy and well.  We are spending our retirement pursuing other creative endeavors. Alan’s formal art training included watercolor and he would very much like to return to it. He may also create some one-of-a-kind sculptures. Suzanne has enjoyed portrait sculpture and she may pursue it again. (In 1983 she completed the 8’ bronze sculpture titled "Pioneer Woman and Child" that now stands in front of the Fairbanks Pioneers’ Home.)  Keith has returned to college to pick up a few classes and get his degree, while he also explores his own creative talents.

Thank you all for sharing our 48 year adventure.  We look forward to the continued pursuit of our dreams.

Sincerely,
The Johnsons
Alan, [wife] Suzanne, and [son] Keith
